These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and 90jili (hereinafter "90jili", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), accessible at https://90jili.vu. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the 90jili platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, arcade games, and payment services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 90jili platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain a 90jili account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 90jili enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or organisation in registering or using your account.
• You have not previously had an account on the 90jili platform suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of a 90jili employee or affiliated third-party service provider.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, valid date of birth, active mobile number (JazzCash or standard), and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current at all times.

Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 90jili platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 90jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. 90jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify 90jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Closure: You may request the permanent closure of your 90jili account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 90jili will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Current dormancy fee details are available from the support team on request.

Accepted Payment Methods: 90jili currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your chosen payment method and your current account verification tier.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 to mobile wallets (JazzCash / EasyPaisa). Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods and within 1–2 business days for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification and passing of internal fraud and AML checks.

• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an account review determines otherwise.
• 90jili does not charge any platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside 90jili's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. This is a one-time requirement.
• 90jili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

From time to time, 90jili offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit, where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer table games contribute between 10% and 20%; arcade games and mine games contribute as specified in the offer.
• Maximum bets while wagering a bonus are limited to PKR 500 per round or spin, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of our knowledge and updated when provider data changes.

Sportsbook & Cricket Betting: All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, Test cricket, and T20 internationals, are offered in good faith based on available information at the time of market creation. 90jili reserves the right to:

• Void bets where markets are offered with an obvious pricing error (palpable error rule).
• Suspend markets at any time pending clarification of match status, player withdrawals, or other material events.
• Settle bets in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) within the specified settlement timeframe.
• Limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets at its sole discretion.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a connection failure during a live game session, the outcome of any active round will be determined by the platform's server records, which are definitive. 90jili accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connection failures, device malfunctions, or third-party network issues.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 90jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent termination, with no right of appeal:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information including name, age, address, or payment details.
• Operating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, the sportsbook, or any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer session, or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions against 90jili through your bank or payment provider as a means of reclaiming deposited funds.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or pricing mistakes in any game or market for financial gain.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using 90jili for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account to a third party.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, if you are aware of such prohibition.

All content on the 90jili platform — including but not limited to the 90jili brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 90jili or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any 90jili trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner without express written authorisation.

90jili's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, 90jili collects personal data — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, and transaction records — for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and, with your consent, direct marketing communications. 90jili does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service, platform downtime, or technical failures.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently identified as resulting from certified RNG function.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by a player on the basis of information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 90jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

90jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gaming on the 90jili platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or as a coping mechanism for personal problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 90jili account holders directly from their account settings:

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be implemented immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 90jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 90jili holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 90jili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.

Notwithstanding the above, 90jili acknowledges that players accessing the platform from Pakistan are subject to applicable Pakistani laws. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
